FAQ
Once logged in the user Dashboard will be loaded,
This will show:
- User Profile- Please verify your info, if emails are entered wrong order confirmations or password resets may not send.
- Recent orders- These can be reviewed by selecting view.
- Saved carts- Please make sure to save all orders if you are logging out or not placing right away, as once logged out without saving these do get removed.
- Credit Cards- Cards can be added and saved for future orders.
- The page header will contain the search bar, Product numbers are recommended to pull up the exact item.
- The category drop downs contain multiple sub levels for optimum searching ability
- Any custom lists added by the users will show under list,
- These specific to the user only, not companywide.
- Check out can always be reached by clicking the cart in the corner where it will show your active items on the order you are building.
- By selecting the YOUR ACCT tab this will show a drop down for more options
- Dashboard- Goes back to the main Dashboard page
Profile- Users info
- Orders- Will show past orders
- Invoice history- Can pay open invoices from here
- Frequently Purchased- Will show top/frequent items purchased
- Departments- If user has other ship to addresses they have been approved to order for these will show and can be selected from here.
- Saved carts- Saved orders, can also make reoccurring orders from here as well.
- Credit Cards- Saved Cards
- Contract Items- If user has a quoted contract this will show on here.
- Quick Lists- Personal shopping lists that can be made by the user
When logging in your email will be requested, if your email is used for more than one login the username will be required.
If you select forgot password,
You will need to use the username function for the link to send the reset info.
