Orders placed by 4:00 pm for in stock merchandise will be shipped promptly, usually the next day. If we are unable to process your order, our customer service team will reach out to you to discuss alternative options.

While we make every effort to provide accurate information, inaccuracies or errors may occur, including pricing information, product specifications and limitations. If the unlikely event that there is a typographical error, we will contact you for further clarification or cancellation. Office Pro reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, including after an order has been submitted regardless of if the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

If you are not satisfied with your products, you may return it within 30 days for full credit, refund, or replacement. The item must be new, unused and in its original packaging.

Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable in cases of buyer’s remorse returns. We will refund shipping and delivery fees if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

Items we are not able to accept as a return, unless they are defective:

                PPE - face masks, gloves, and coveralls

                Special and custom orders

We guarantee the quality of our products to be free from defects. If a defect occurs, we will happily exchange it or provide a full refund.

To Return or exchange an item, simply contact our Customer Service Team at 608-531-6001, Monday – Friday 8am – 5:00pm. They will be happy to issue you a RA number. Box the items for return. Please mark the RA number on the outside of the box. Please give the return to the Driver at the next scheduled Office Pro delivery. Credit, refund, or replacement will be issued once the product has been returned to our warehouse and inspected. Returns without a RA number will not be accepted.
